Cande Olsen

Cande Olsen, FSA, MAAA, CLU joined Actuarial Resources Corporation of Georgia as a Vice President of the New Jersey Office in 2007. She consults on individual life, annuity and long-term care regulatory actuarial and compliance issues. Cande graduated in 1972 from Williams College with a BA in Mathematics. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a Chartered Life Underwriter. Before joining Actuarial Resources Corporation of Georgia, Cande was with New York Life Insurance Company, where she held a wide variety of actuarial positions, most recently in the government relations area.

Cande is currently Chair of the Life Products Committee and Vice Chair of the Life Practice Council of the American Academy of Actuaries. She has also served as Chair of the Academy Life Risk Based Capital Committee.

Cande lives in Chatham, New Jersey where she spends her free time training for and competing in road races and triathlons.
