Nancy Delf

Nancy is the General Office Manager for ARC; she has been with the company since December 1997. Her duties include HR, AR/AP, research, and general administration. In addition to her managerial duties, Nancy performs bookkeeping and paralegal services for ARC. She completed her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies in 2008; thus, adding to the depth of the expert witness/legal team with ARC. Nancy works out of the Alpharetta, GA office and travels when necessary.

Tamara Wilt, ASA, MAAA

Tamara joined the ARC student program in November 2009. She came to ARC with employee benefits consulting experience and a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Nebraska, attained in 2007. She has experience with both TAS and Prophet Actuarial Software. Tamara primarily works in the Tampa Bay office, and travels to client locations as needed. She completed her ASA and became a member of the AAA in 2011.
 

Nikki Russo

Nikki started with ARC in March of 2006 in the actuarial student program. She came to ARC with a background in mathematics and research and didn't waste time in becoming an integral part of the ARC team. She has nearly mastered the TAS Actuarial Software and is quickly becoming proficient with the Prophet Actuarial Software. Nikki primarily works out of the Alpharetta, GA office, and travels to various client locations when needed. She is still taking exams, but is nearing completion of her ASA and will continue on to fulfilling her FSA.

Barbara Cultice

Barbara is the Office Manager for the Tampa Bay office in Clearwater, FL. Barbara has had over 25 years of office experience and finds her position with the company challenging and rewarding. Barbara has two daughters, actual native Floridians. Her hobbies include painting and reading and spending time with her two grandsons whenever she can get away to Baltimore, MD.

Sylvia Kihara

Sylvia joined ARC in July 2011 as an intern and later became a full-time employee in the ARC Student Program. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Sciences from Georgia State University attained in 2011. Sylvia has experience with TAS Actuarial Software and is currently learning the Prophet Actuarial Software. She has already passed two of the Society of Actuaries Actuarial Exams and will continue to pursue her ASA.
