Nikki Russo, ASA, MAAA is an Associate Actuary in the Atlanta office. She joined ARC-GA in March of 2006 in the actuarial student program. She came to ARC-GA with a background in mathematics and research and didn’t waste time in becoming an integral part of the ARC-GA team. She is proficient with Axis, Prophet and TAS actuarial software. She is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and is working toward completing her FSA. Nikki resides in Marietta, Georgia with her husband and young daughter.

Naznee Rias, FSA, MAAA, CERA is a Consulting Actuary in the Tampa Bay office. She joined ARC-GA in 2016 after holding actuarial positions at New York Life Insurance company, FCCI Insurance and Aon Consulting. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA). Naznee is skilled in asset adequacy testing and the many aspects of life insurance product pricing including new product filings with both the compact and non-compact states. Naznee resides in Tarpon Springs, Florida, with her husband and their two children.

Nancy Delf is the Vice President of Administration and the General Office Manager for ARC-GA; she has been with the company since December 1997. Her duties include HR, AR/AP, research, and general administration. In addition to her managerial duties, Nancy performs bookkeeping and paralegal services for ARC-GA. She completed her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies in 2008; thus, adding to the depth of the expert witness/

Barbara Cultice has been the Office Manager for the Tampa Bay office since November 2009. Barbara has had over 25 years of office experience and finds her position with the company challenging and rewarding. Barbara has two daughters, actual native Floridians. Her hobbies include painting and reading and spending time with her granddaughter in Clearwater, the newest addition, and her two grandsons who live in Baltimore, MD.
